Legal consultant in the International Law Department of the firm. She obtained her Bachelor of Laws Degree from La Sagesse University Beirut, Lebanon in 2006. Prior to joining Al Oula Law, she practiced in Lebanon in major Law Firms, working in civil and commercial litigation.
She currently focuses on the areas of commercial and corporate law, oil & gas, intellectual property and employment. She is also an active member of the firm’s team handling human rights activities. She handles clients’ legal matters in Lebanon in connection with her areas of expertise.
Her experience includes assisting clients in establishing businesses, partnerships and alliances; advising on a wide range of commercial and contractual arrangements notably in the oil sector and on Islamic Sharia transactions; advising clients on employment regulations and labor practices in Kuwait.
