Agreement aims to strengthen the protection of beIN’s broadcasting and intellectual property rights in Kuwait.
beIN MEDIA GROUP (“beIN”), the leading sports, entertainment and media group, and Al Oula Law (Adel Abdulhadi & Partners), one of Kuwait’s leading law firms, have announced a legal cooperation agreement to strengthen the protection of beIN’s broadcasting and intellectual property rights in Kuwait and provide customers with a seamless viewing experience ahead of the FIFA World Cup 2026™.
The collaboration reflects the shared commitment of both parties to combat piracy and illegal public viewing, while reinforcing the importance of accessing beIN’s world-class sports and entertainment content through official and authorised channels.
It also calls on commercial entities and public venues broadcasting beIN content during the FIFA World Cup 2026 ™ to secure the appropriate commercial subscriptions and licenses are obtained for one of the world’s most anticipated sporting events, for which beIN holds the exclusive regional broadcasting rights.
The agreement was signed by Ahmed Saleh Mohamed, Manager of Country Sales – Kuwait at beIN, and Lawyer Adel Abdulhadi of Al Oula Law.

The agreement reinforces both parties’ shared commitment to protecting intellectual property rights and promoting legal access to premium sports and entertainment content in Kuwait throughout the tournament.
