
Adel Al Demerdash
Senior Legal Advisor. He obtained his Bachelor in Law degree from Ain Shams University, Cairo, Egypt in 1978. He obtained a Diploma in Private Law and in Islamic Law in 1979 and 1980 respectively. In 1981, he presented his dissertation and obtained his Master’s degree.
He is a member of the Egypt Bar Association and Union of Arab Lawyers and is registered to appear at all levels of court in Egypt.
He started his legal career in Egypt in 1978. He worked as legal consultant to several investment companies in various sectors.
In 1992, he joined Kuwait Ministry of Defence as a legal researcher and then senior legal advisor.
Between 1995 and 2002, he worked part-time legal advisor in the Ministry of Planning (General Administration of Statistics), the Public Authority for Exhibitions Affairs and Zakat House, and as a general coordinator in the Ministry of Awqaf and in 2005, he joined Public Authority for Applied Education and Training as legal advisor.
He assists researchers in many areas of law, and students in preparing their Master’s degree and PHD and writes articles to newspapers and magazines.
He joined Al Oula Law in 2002.
He specializes in civil law, commercial and corporate law, contracts, finance and banking, administrative law, labor laws and their implementing regulations.
