Holds a Bachelor of Law from Mansoura University, Egypt in 1980.

Member of Egypt Bar Association.

He established his private law firm in Egypt in 1984, handling legal consultancy and litigation in the areas of civil, commercial and corporate, and family laws.

He relocated to Kuwait in 2005 and worked as a legal consultant in the law firm of Khaled Ayed Ayyad until February 2009.

Then he worked as a legal consultant in the law firm of Hassan Youssef al Issa (formerly Mohammad Mousaed Al Saleh) until March 2020. Then moved to the law firm of Mousaed Al Riyahi until December 2021.

He joined Al Oula Law in January 2022.

He specializes in civil, commercial and corporate, and family laws. He focuses on providing legal consultancy, drafting and reviewing contracts, and drafting statement of claims and preparing legal defenses in the above-mentioned practice areas.
